Hiring Process

Step 1: Application Process

Your first step for employment at CRC is to visit the Job Openings section of our website for current vacancies. Once you found a role that you think is a good fit with your skills and experience please submit your resume to careers@canadian-renewables.com

Step 2: Preliminary Screening

If your qualifications match the job opening or if we feel you will be a good ‘fit’ with our team, we will contact you to ask some initial questions and to answer any of yours.

Step 3: Interview

Your interview will take place either at our office in Toronto, or on site (depending on the job position). Both our head office management team and our regional team executives will interview you to evaluate your skills, strategic fit and attitude.

Step 4: Offer of Employment

Congratulations! You have been offered the position. You will receive a written, binding offer of employment. If you accept our offer, you will execute the employment agreement and will officially become a member of the CRC team.

Step 5: Orientation & Safety Training

On your first day at CRC you will receive orientation at one of our facilities, meet your colleagues and receive a copy of CRC company handbook. Safety training will either commence or be scheduled for a later date.
